03What We Send

Sign-in codes

One-time passcodes so you can sign in without a password.

Example"Nora: Your sign-in code is 482913. It expires in 10 minutes. Never share this code."

Check-in nudges

A gentle text to a Loved One when their phone has been quiet.

Example"Nora: Just checking in. Tap to let your family know you're okay: [link] Reply STOP to opt out."

Wellness alerts

A text to a Guardian when something seems off.

Example"Nora: Helen's phone has been quiet since last night. Open Nora to check in: [link] Reply STOP to opt out."

Message frequency varies with account activity — most weeks, that means very few or none. Message and data rates may apply.

04Opting Out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts immediately. Reply HELP or email hello@hellonora.io for assistance. You can also manage or remove your number in the app at any time. Sign-in codes are only ever sent when you request one to log in.

06Privacy

Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) to deliver the messages you've requested. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
